Design and construction are top notch. Packaging is very well done. However, be VERY careful with the assembly if you are a DIY. If you are NOT mechanically inclined you can still achieve a completed assembly. You just need to lay out all your parts. Read the instruction very carefully and follow them to a "t" Follow the instructions carefully to achieve maximum satisfaction and performance. Do NOT tighten the screws until fully assembled then and only then lock down the screws. If you should need customer service they are very receptive and reply within 24 hours.
