Mccombo brand seems to be a good sturdy product chair as an elderly it's used every day. I do have an issue which is very concerning and hopefully the company after I text them will assist me. My problem is the cord for the heat massage is not long enough it only reaches about 6 inches above this arm of the chair. all other features of this lift chair are absolutely wonderful. The lift and the lower feature are very smooth. The chair is so very comfortable, being a short person. This chair is wonderful!

Assembly Issue

1 star for assembly bc one of the arm brackets was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller who said he would overnight a replacement..,I'm still waiting. Took a hammer and with considerable effort reshaped the bracket enough to get the arm to snap into place. I bought two of these chairs for my small apartment and they are lovely chairs. Disappointing that seller wasn't more responsive.
