Little taller than I thought, but I use a small step stool to get on it. A very necessary neighbor but t together for me as I am 80 years old. It works wonderfully. I let the hand cables loose and hooked him over the side arms as I am only 5'2" and couldn't ge my leg across the cables to mount %26 unmount. Wonderful machine for he price!

I’m glad I took a chance on this bike

I was a little worried about this purchase because it was on sale for a good price. I’m glad I got it though!!!! The seat is comfy and fits my butt and wide hips lol. I like the back rest as well. It feels sturdy. I set it up with my 2 year old trying to help and I think we did a good job. I just took my time and used the directions. I would definitely recommend this bike if it’s on sale of course.

Easy assembly and outstanding customer service!

Purchased this for my mother who is 75 years of age in December 2022. Life happened and we didn’t get to assemble it until May 2023. My mother assembled just about all of it on her own and realized the LCD monitor was missing. I reached out to Walmart and they contacted the company and the company shipped another one immediately. Outstanding customer service!! I hooked up the monitor and tightened the bolts that my mother wasn’t able to and she loves it. It’s a little challenging for her to lift her leg to mount the bike, but she believes she will get better at it as time goes by.
