Fast shipping, arrived several days sooner than forecast. Everything went together, took me almost 2 hours, maybe just me, but the instructions could have been clearer. All the parts were there. Recommend a socket wrench if you have one. The tools provided worked but there are a lot of nuts to tighten and using the included tools took a lot of time. Seat could be larger,. Display appears to be accurate. Resistance knob does increase resistance. The hand resistance bands do give a good arm, shoulder workout while pedaling. Overall a great value and works just fine. The Ultimate Workout

I truly love my Seniors stationary bike, after having had 3 heart attacks and 5 Tia strokes my Cardiologist finally gave me the go ahead to exercise. This bike gives the ultimate workout thats just right for seniors with disabilities like mine. While I have to take it easy I do manage 6 miles a day on it. I like the fact that it has the pullys that I can use to strengthen my back and body. The leg workout is awesome. Thank you so much Mitonos for making an exercise bike for seniors so we don't get hurt or over exert. I'd recommend this bike to everyone. I like how it's lightweight and easily moved from place to place when need be. The seat's comfortable. The adjustments are just right so the entire family can work out if desired. I enjoy mine.
