I am a 68-year-old grandmother who assembled the bike without help. There are 3 adjustable positions to select from. I prefer the recumbent bike position. It's easy on the back and loosens up tense back muscles. The tension settings are perfect, from a 1-7 is a mild turn of the pedals, making it easy to pedal at any level of fitness. The compact, lightweight, space-saving design is appreciated since I have a very small home, and the bike will fold up and fit in any closet. I have very limited mobility, and this exercise bicycle is life-saver for keeping legs and back in shape in the winter. There are digital readings for timing yourself, calorie intake, and pulse and blood pressure monitoring. Excellent value for the product and cost.

Exactly what I expected. Arrived 2 days earlier than the expected date. Easy to assemble. Seat is comfortable but the backrest not so much. Also would be helpful if there was a backlight on the screen so it would be easier to see. It is lightweight and easy to move. I would recommend
