I bought this bike several months ago and wanted to wait before giving a review. The bike is shipped unassembled and packaged very well. The directions for assembly are very clear and easy to follow. I recommend cutting the box it was delivered in and opening it like a large napkin. This will give you an easy way to keep track of everything and protect your floor or rug, whether you assemble the bike in your garage or outside. I laid out all the parts in the sequence in which I would be assembling them. Take your time, and you will be fine. Also, when installing the pedals made sure to "NOT" cross thread them and always start screwing them in by hand first. The company says you can send them an email for the extra-padded seat cover at no charge to you. I recommend getting this as it really makes a difference for comfort. Overall, the PooBoo bike really exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and performance. Utilize the free app to measure your riding against other riders worldwide. There are always other riders you can measure up with, day or night. In closing, I have ridden some of the thousand-plus dollar bikes, and PooBoo will give them a run for their money, at a fraction of the cost. You can spend the extra funds on the extended warranty, cycle shoes, and clothes.
