It's not too difficult to assemble and the exercise bike function works but the monitor I received did not convert to MPH. I contacted the company about this issue and they informed me that the monitor was the wrong one and they'd have to special make a monitor that does the function they claimed this one does. They informed me this could take several months or I could receive a small partial refund. I decided to just take the refund as I can convert the KM to miles if needed. But the real issue came with the elastic band. I've had the bike for a week and the elastic band has already frayed down to expose the actual band beneath the red rope and this feels incredibly unsafe. I did not expect the band to last forever, but not even a week is just ridiculous.
