SAFE PRODUCT! Gets the job done.

Setup easy, not cumbersome at all. Easy adjustments, nice slices from thin to thick, dicing was easy on setting 5 or higher after 1st pass on slice. I sliced and diced tomatoes, potatoes, dill pickles, and carrots. Made PERFECT sized potato fries! No waste. Cleaning the slicing board was easy with the kitchen faucet spray arm and a squirt of dish soap, then sit open on the counter to air dry before folding for storage. The push chute can easily go into dishwasher, but does require a bit more space for cabinet storage, nothing major. The ONCE FOR ALL system is far-and-away much safer to use than the horizonal food mandolin I tried previously. Your fingers are safely out of the blade path when slicing. Definitely read the instruction manual and use common sense when using any product that cuts like a knife. I highly recommend this product. *****

This product rakes up a little more space for storage but its performance is excellent. It is easily adjustable, has a stable base, and safe to use. The materials and build feel sturdy and precise. The catch bin is convenient as well. The cleaning brush included with the slicer made cleaning a bit easier.
