Fantastic piece of kitchen equipment. Well made, sturdy, easy to use and does an amazingly fast job at cutting anything I've tried. Does sweet potatoes in minutes, effortlessly. My dogs are hooked on sweet potato jerky treats and just loving them. The French fry cutting is also fabulous. They're the only two I've tried. This is the first time I've used a mandolin since I'm terrified of them. I know, now, I can't get cut wit this one. No worries and I love using it. Makes any cutting job easier and faster.
