My dogs are hooked on sweet potato jerky treats and just loving them. The French fry cutting is also fabulous. They're the only two I've tried. This is the first time I've used a mandolin since I'm terrified of them. I know, now, I can't get cut wit this one. No worries and I love using it. Makes any cutting job easier and faster. I like the ease of putting this together and taking it apart. I want to make sweet potato fries when I figure out how to do that. I have sliced cucumbers and celery and it worked great.
