Versatile Design: The Olympic Hex Weight Bar, or trap bar, features a standard lower handle combined with a raised grip, suitable for deadlifts, shrugs, and pulls.
Reduced Strain: This bar helps maintain the center of mass within the hex and aligned with the body, easing strain on the lower back during lifts like deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer carries.
Ergonomic Grips: Equipped with dual sets of 25mm medium diamond knurled handles, providing a firm and steady grip, with the ability to flip the bar to adjust handle height.
Robust Construction: Constructed from durable, precision-grade steel, this OL Hex Trap Bar is rated to support up to 500 LB for progressive overload.
Optimal Dimensions: Weighing 44 LB, the hex bar has an overall length of 56", a 24.5" spread between the handles, and each sleeve offers a loadable length of 9.75".

This was a great addition

This was a great addition to my home gym. Since my lower back occasionally has problems using the regular Olympic bar caused me some pain. However, with the Hex bar I can perform deadlifts with ease.
