Titan Brands

Door was damaged, tried to return and seller couldn't take back without box.

Definitely can’t say anything negative about Titan Brands. I was so happy to receive all my straight and ez bar curls in pristine conditions without any damages to the boxes upon arrival. These are very heavy but they were packaged and protected very professionally. You can tell when a company takes pride in their name, their attention to detail, their product and making sure that their products arrive to you carefully packaged. I would definitely purchase from Titan Brands again and again. Their products and designs are just beautiful and they look so high end and professional.

they will not fix the item. it broke on the first use. i have told them if they send me the motor, i will replace it so it does not have to be shipped back and forth. they will not respond

Definitely recommend if you own a gym or work at one or have a at home gym top tier equipment

Walmart says contact Titan for returns, Titan says contact Walmart for returns. Somebody needs to tell me know to return this **** thing. I know Titan has a agreement with Walmart so Titan should be fixing this problem. And, I bought it from Walmart on Walmart's website, so it is ultimately their problem. I will hound them both till someone tells me how to return this attachment.

unit was missing a top 1"x4" Clevis Pin that holds the unit to the tractor. Had to order one form a different vendor.

This product was advertised fine and shipped fast!

Seller was accurate in there description of the product the quality and promise of a good product
