  • DIMENSIONS: The 5 LB Grip Plate, offered as a pair, measures 216 mm in diameter with a 25 mm thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter making them compatible with Olympic barbells.

When I saw the 2 grip holes I knew I'd found the weights to do core body twists and crunches with. When holding these it's not off centered and is well balanced. The 5 pound and 10 pounders are perfect for me. The rubber coating makes it easy on your hands and the floors.
