These are an excellent quality pallet. They arrived dry, uniform in size and with little dust in the bag. Meals cooked using them over the holidays were a hit. For instance I used them to long smoke a Boston butt. It was great! For another meal, I cooked a large Salmon fillet using them. Everyone loved it.

I like PB Cherry pellets. They're subtle but there when I use them I'm poultry and pork. I like to mix them with PB competition blend to realy fill out the smoke flavor
