Our order arrived when it was suppose to. The packaging and delivery was terrific.

So far the Big EZ is great! We’ve made a 6lb prime rib and a whole chicken in it and both tasted amazing and juicy! The set up was a bit challenging, but the at could be because I’m not very good at putting things together. Other than the set up, it’s a fun thing to cook with and the best part is the cleanup is so easy!

We love this product! It cooks our turkeys perfect for holidays. We have also cooked chicken kabobs and chicken thighs. Not a bad cleanup, but I will say it takes longer to cook than stated in the cook book provided with the product

Item arrived damaged, with a bent warming shelf, dented components etc. The only offered solution was a full return and then send out a new one but they could not work around our work schedule for pickup or commit to timings for replacement. They refused to send out replacement parts either.

pur hased from walmart...i guess they do 3rd party assembly now. assembly was great, fast n efficientl..only thing is , walmart online stated haul away w assembly , which is Not true..

came in on time, love the charbroil. It is so easy to use.

Charbroil Air Fryer was a great price, arrived as promised. Was easy to assemble. Cooked a Turkey and it was delicious.

Let me start off by saying I honestly was expecting to return this because I thought there was no way this can cook a turkey that well especially when I wanted a deep fried turkey. Well I was wrong!! Honestly this turned out better then a deep fried turkey. The skin was cooked perfectly across (as long as you follow the directions properly). The taste of the turkey was juicy and perfect. We are excited to try other meats in this Air Fryer.

Entire family loved it. Only way we will fry turkeys and hams from now on
