It has it all!

Recently purchased and set up this home gym. I am thoroughly impressed with it. The unit has something for everyone. Train heavy or light this can get it done. Very well thought out and assembly was fairly straightforward. If you're looking for something that offers a whole lot of value for your money this is an excellent choice.

Love it!!

Pretty sweet! It does take some time to put i together, it did have 1 small flaw, on the top where the pulley is placed, the bar was a little bent, I bent it back because I didn't want the headache on trying to get another one, didn't know how long it was going to take, my wife and I were going out of town and it would be my luck that it would have been delivered while we were gone. Hopefully it holds up. Other than that, I love this thing!
