Me vs store pick up

The one I picked out was superb, but the one I got with store pick up was not only dry on end but the tops were slimy. I took photo to customer service for a refund. It would have been a 5 star but pick up was so bad.

Poorly packed asparagus

So far the asparagus have been on the thin side and are easily damaged. I don't feel that Walmart instructs their staff to place the asparagus in the bags with care. They are of decent quality but by the time they arrive at my kitchen many have broken or crushed tips. They should arrive in the best possible condition

Bad asparagus

Asparagus was dull and would not snap . I washed and cooked but could not eat. This is the second time asparagus was no good. This is 3rd time I bought from Walmart, the first time was very good. I don’t believe that your employees know when asparagus is too old.
