Pretty light blue. The ice is bullet shaped. I love it. Use it. Dry it and put it away. Do not leave ice in it for long periods of time, it is not a freezer. I make a bunch of ice then store it in the freezer.

Overall great machine!

Was nervous at first with getting the ice maker on a deal, but it's has been amazing so far! It makes ice relatively quickly and it's really easy to set up, clean, and refill! The only downside of the ice machine is that the basket itself is small compared to the size of the machine. You would think the basket would be a lot larger, but it's not. But it makes up for that with how quickly it makes ice.

This unit is pretty chunky. Likely all ice makers are. Be sure u have a place to put it. The basket is small but it keeps making ice so it works great for one or two people. I love the ice! It's soft and chewable and comes in two sizes. I bought mine on sale and it has been worth every penny.
