This exercise bike was easy to assemble, I'm 69 year old single woman, it was a snap there were a couple of screws, one on the peddle the other on the handle bar that I could screw in all the way but I will check them periodically to make sure they are tight. And van I can't believe how quiet this machine is. I bike while listening to audio books or watching tv. I had previously purchased a bike/elliptical which is so noisy. I much prefer this on. Highly recommend it

Very lightweight and easy to put together, compact when folded. Works great for my tiny apartment. It's silent when in use, so you can watch TV or listen to music easily. The seat is big and cushy, but almost too large to be comfortable. I wish the resistance could be set higher to get a better workout. For the money, it is excellent value.
