So far the product is awesome. It's only 7000btu and online said I needed twice that to cool my 900sq ft mobile home, but I leave both bedroom doors open and it's literally icing out the whole house and it gets down to the 61 it says it can then shuts off by itself till it gets warmer and kicks back on. As long as it keeps up like this for 5 years or so, best purchase I've made in air conditioning

Costway Portable Air Condition with evaporation
So far it does quite well cooling my small studio apartment. It can be a bit loud on high, but it has two fan speeds so I often put it on low fan while I am sleeping and it's fine. The thing I like most is the built in water evaporator, you really only need to empty the tray very occasionally because of humid days, so far I haven't emptied it once yet. Overall I am quite happy with the air conditioner. It's not really 10,000BTU, just like all ASHARE BTU ratings that is under optimum temperature and space, the official SACC rating is 7000BTU and that seems far more accurate. Overall it's a great budget portable air conditioner, and I like that the unit is a bit smaller than my old one and less bulky.
