wrll firstthing it needs is better instructions on what pieces go where because that 1 piece of paper with illustrations and arrows dont give any hints at all and i just had too figure out what parts went where and of course you can just start putting it together and hope you have the right parts in the right. spots like i did and i had too change alot of them around because the instructions dont tell you witch pieces go where

It was easy to assemble. It looks like it's missing corners like others said but it's not. It does look like the balls are included because it shows them adding the balls in the assembly video and that was misleading. The foam pieces should have a Do Not Throw away on the bag along with the choking hazard notice. They were not listed on the parts list so they got thrown away. Not a big deal but another parent might want them installed.
