zipper fail

Everything about this is amazing except the zipper. Luckily my kid usues it to sleep in and doesnt try to escape, but the zipper is plastic. It got a ripple in it very easily and not once zipped has a small hole. A curious kid could see the hole and pull the zipper apart and then its difficult to get back on track.
