It was easy to assemble. It looks like it's missing corners like others said but it's not. It does look like the balls are included because it shows them adding the balls in the assembly video and that was misleading. The foam pieces should have a Do Not Throw away on the bag along with the choking hazard notice. They were not listed on the parts list so they got thrown away. Not a big deal but another parent might want them installed.

Smaller than anticipated.

The inside does not measure 50” by any means of the imagination. If you want to get a mat for the bottom make sure it is significantly smaller. More like a 45” mat to fit better it is fairly easy for two people to put it together and could be done alone—but help is better. Also it doesn't come with balls.
