Many said it was hard to set up and there really weren't any instructions but I had no problem at all. My niece and I put it together in about 45 min. get all your bars out lay your playpen out match up the bars beside where they will go and start sliding the bars in the little sleeves then put the connecters on and you are done. I took a hammer and tap on the ends while my niece held the other side for extra reinforcement. The product is very strong. the bars are thick and strong. We liked it so much, I got my niece one and my sister got one too! it is 73"x50" so it is very long, lots of room to play, holds lots of toys, and blankets. It is even big enough for you to get in and play too. So if you need a safe place for your baby to play, especially if you work from home...This is the playpen to get!!

False Advertising - Balls Not Included

I definitely think there was some false advertisement. Every single picture included ball pit balls (a standard item that comes with most playpens). There's even a basketball hoop!! But this product does NOT come with balls like ALL of the pictures show. I re-read the description after opening the box and nowhere does it say the balls are not included. It does, however, mention that a mat is not included. It is a nice product otherwise and easy to assemble but the lack of balls annoyed me.

Pretty easy to set up. My 6 year old helped. Some of the instructions had a typo though. It said to use another B connector for the top, but the package they came in said C for these connectors. The basketball hoop is really flimsy and impossible to shoot a ball in the hoop so we will have to try something to have it pop up. We will see how well it can last with my almost 11 month old!
