Great appliance. Cook time recommendations need improvement

I've tried a few recipes from the instant pot app, and they've been pretty good. It's quicker and easier to cook most proteins. The only issue I have is that I don't think the cook times recommended online are always accurate. (And the cook time sheet that comes with doesn't give portions or specify thawed or frozen, so it's essentially useless for me). So you definitely need to figure that part out yourself. But once you do, it super convenient.

The new lead piece of equipment in my kitchen!

I got a nice deal on this unit but it is worth the retail. In fact this is one of my better purchases yet. The only thing you really could want is a bigger one or another one and/or maybe a yogurt button. All the features work including amazingly the sous vide which has come through with beautiful chicken and steak for me.

I constantly prepare soup including broth. This is so much safer than cooking on top of the stove. The air fryer and baking features are healthy alternatives and my oven stay spotless. If all the kitchen gadgets I have bought from mixer to juicer, instant pot is well used. Whatever you cook, the smell gets absorb in the silicone seal. It bothered me for a little bit because I thought I wasnt cleaning it enough. I don't really smell it as much anymore. Like anything else, keep it clean.
