This Nesco pressure canner is so idiot proof to use. Great and easy to understand instructions. Love the multi funcions it really is the one kitchen appliance that everyone needs. Besides pressure canning functions are water bath, slow cooker, pressure cooker,and browning. Only downside it only holds 4 quarts or 5 pints.
