The 8-quart capacity is perfect for family meals or meal prepping for the week — I can easily fit a whole chicken, large stews, or several portions of rice and vegetables in one batch. The pressure-cook function works fast and evenly, and the slow-cook mode gives tender, flavorful results without the need to constantly check on the food. I also love the sauté feature, which saves me from using extra pans. Cleaning is super easy since the inner pot and lid are dishwasher-safe, and the non-stick surface prevents food from sticking.
