This small electric pressure canner is PERFECT for canning a few jars of "I made too much for dinner"! I have canned soups, stews, meat, pulled pork, shredded chicken, spaghetti sauce with meat and lots more. I threw in a whole frozen beef roast and had dinner in less than 2 hours. It is amazing!!

This digital canner takes most of the work out of the canning process. It is pretty much set it and forget it after it builds up pressure. If you are needing to process large amounts of product, this is not the canner for you. It only holds 5 regular and 4 wide mouth quarts. That works great for me as I have a small garden.
