I wish I could give more than Five Stars..Being that I never ever had a Rollator, it took only Minutes to Assemble. The WalkMate was my First Choice, the Directions were Excellent and Easy to Follow. It is Exactly as Described and Everything about it was Perfect!! The Color is Beautiful and Exactly as the Advertising Picture Shows. I Realized my Cane was okay but this WalkMate Rollator gave me so much more Freedom, I Truly was Emotional. The Brakes are all Ready assembled and the Rest like the wheels, The Seat, The Height Lever, Basket and The Back Support EASY to Attach..and your DONE!! It took minutes..You are Giving Yourself the Gift of Having the Freedom that I Remember that's what I said to myself and the Wheels Ride Safely, I feel so Secure when running into oneven sidewalk cracks I would go around them or carefully walk around. The Hand Grip is Perfect..You are in Control always. This a Great Great Rollator and I Highly Recommend the WalkMate it is not just Beautiful but it also is Exactly as Described Supporting you in Every way and allowing you to go out and have fun, Folding it when your not using it and Live Life..
