I like the linen texture of the fabric. The dark backing makes them very room darkening. I am happy with the color. They called it beige but it really is a cream color with some beige threads running through it. They came out of the package rather wrinkled but a light pressing with an iron on low setting with steam took most of the wrinkles out. They are fairly heavy and I think they will give significant thermal protection. I did not use the ring clips because I like how the drapes fall using the straps on the back.

Very good quality black out curtains. Color is true to description. Fabric is sturdy and attractive. Definitely helps block heat and sunlight. I hung them in my TV room where I have a large west facing window.
