These are really nice stools and very heavy/sturdy. The company is also very responsive if you have an issue. I had a gauge on the top portion of the stool, emailed them and they replaced it with no problem. Sometimes you can get them on the phone, but this particular day I couldn't so opted to email. I had a response the next morning when I checked my emails. That matters to me. Not good if they don't back their product.
