I would buy this item again. Item arrived in good condition. Chair works well and does everything it's supposed to do. There may be cushions stored under the recliner to zip on the couch. One back piece with a top zipper, zips easily on the couch at the top back part and metal slide ons at the bottom back part of the recliner. Two arm rest cushion parts, two side additional side back parts that have metal slide ons and a cushion that zips up where you sit, which the sitting cushion appears to be extremely snug and hard to zip but it fits just fine tho once Zipped up. Sitting cushion fits very snug. Sitting seat cushion is a bigger cushion but it will fit with effort when zipping. Arm rest zippers took a little time to attach everything on the arm rests but once you do it, it assembled just fine. The arm rest wood support part is odd and moves, but is sturdy once you zip the arm cushions on and stick the cup holders in seems to hold it in place. I widened the wood part where the arm rest part is as wide as I could by hand, it has some movement so I moved them open with strength when putting the cup holds in. I would be careful not to pull really hard though. That installation part is slightly wonky but they look nice when put in. The cup holders also seem to help a lot with the stability of the couch. Not a lot of small little parts, overall installing a few cushion parts with zippers and Velcro was basically it. A few cords to plug in after and your set. The couch is nice and fluffy. The couch lifter works really well as expected and shown in the picture. It works well enough to help someone get out of the recliner. It also reclines back comfortably. It's quiet when operating. It's all electric. No manual arm for lifting. It uses two remote controls. The heater, timer, and overall massage chair works, low and high settings, Plugs in a normal electric plug like a regular table lamp would. it also only uses two prong plugs. No ground on both plugs. I hardly looked at the directions when installing which were just a couple stickers. I give this couch a 5/5.
