Warranty PolicyAt TST ebike, we provide up to 180 days warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.For detailed information on parts warranty coverage, please refer to the information below.ExceptionsThe warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by TST that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by TST.The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by TST, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than TST.3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.4. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.5. Great EBike. Great torque power and throttle response is fast. 2 person ride was comfortable and smooth. Worth the money. However, the seat was a little too wide so it causes inner thigh discomfort. Other than that, everything is good!

Impressed After My First 20 Miles

Arrived well packaged and was easier to assemble than I expected. I've already put about 20 miles on it and it rides great so far. The motor has plenty of power, the fat tires feel stable, and the bike feels solid after tightening everything down after the first few rides. Only small issue was one fender screw backing out from vibration, but that's an easy fix with blue Loctite. Overall I'm really happy with it and would recommend it.

I LOVE this bike! Unfortunately, so does every guy, young and old. Then to top it off, even women stop me to inquire. I can't get anywhere without being stopped for a conversation now! It is a legend in my town and three neighbors are bidding for it or plan to buy one. I encourage everyone who can take the height of it, to ensure this is their 1st choice. I am a 5'11", 300lb, female over 50, and although I'm riddled with pain, I can easily handle this bike, but it's string ans powerful enough to pull me all over this town. It seems to take joy in it! Shows me no signs of stress! I recently took my 1st longer ride on it and it cured all my fears... About 8 miles all together, almost all throttle. I felt like it could do that 💪 4 times before I needed to make sure I recharged, based on previous ride half the distance. I deal with several chronic illnesses, but this bike has given me new life... I THINK WE CAN EVERY TIME NOW!! The only hiccup with this order was that I thought I ordered the one one with the dual battery, ans my AI Bot researched and discovered the SKU had been changed after my order was done. So, I only got one battery and it may have been too much heavier than I'd like for everyday usage, but I'd love the option have a choice of another lower seat, yet I've become very reliant on using that area as my storage. So I'd like to let everyone know that the seat is a about half that battery area too wide and high for me. Once I'm on it, I can situate myself to be comfy, with my padding for to stop the rubbing of my thighs. Otherwise, this bike is the perfect 1st choice for me, and I've recommended to everyone who has talked to me. I'm. Planning to do classes for women on making their choice of this one or the R002, how to maintain and put it together, as I do it all myself. I thank the Co, for putting out a great product, and Walmart for covering the sale at an affordable price.
