This is a great e-bike for a starter or anyone looking for one that is wanting a basic bike. The tires are perfect for any condition whether it be trails or just cruising down the road . I also love that the seat is so comfortable! I love that it has a way to keep the speed down by the app. It's a great bike overall for the money!

TST has been wonderful to work with! We ordered this e-bike in August for my son's 12th birthday, and unfortunately, the battery arrived damaged. I contacted customer support right away, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Although the replacement battery was on backorder, Hehai kept me updated every step of the way. She was attentive, kind, and a pleasure to communicate with. She provided us with a prepaid shipping label and made sure everything was taken care of so we could get a new battery. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and the care they showed us throughout the process.
