Great Bike even better Customer Service

My boys love this bike and ride it almost daily! They have been rough and tough on it and broken a few things. I have to say the customer service from the company has been absolutely fantastic! They are very responsive and have taken care of every issue quickly!

Perfect customer service.

Bike is exactly what it is. A good beginner e-bike for the novice. But what has been amazing is the customer service from the company. My kid has beaten this bike up, broken multiple things, and from the moment I have contacted the company they have addressed and taken care of every issue, no questions asked. That makes the buy totally worth it.
