In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.For detailed information on parts warranty coverage, please refer to the information below.ExceptionsThe warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by TST that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by TST.The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes. 1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by TST, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than TST.3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.4. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.5. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).The normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.6. Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).7. If TST determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, TST will ship to you a replacement part for your product. Honestly, this bike is really solid and well-built. What made me buy it is that at this price point, you’re hardly going to find a bike with hydraulic brakes and a motor this powerful. The motor’s torque is stronger than a lot of others out there, and it can handle up to 400 pounds, which was a big plus for me. The seat is large and comfortable, and the overall look of the bike is great on the street. It really has that nice, sleek bicycle style. In short, it's hard to find these features—especially hydraulic brakes—at this price, and it basically has the specs of a $2000 bike.

Super fun buy - im also a large guy
This Ebike is incredible for the price. Assembly definitely took some time and some patience. Watching videos alongside reading the instructions helps tremendously. Minor adjustments as expected. Some of the factory driven bolts are TOUGH to get out. The LCD screen was cracked on the back of it out of the box but customer service sent me a new one the next day. Im 6 foot 2 inches and an active 330lbs. This bike supports me like its nothing. Out of the box it reaches 20mph, with the top speed mode, i was holding at 28mph. Its an absolute blast. My spouse rode on it with me, together were about 440lbs, and I reached 20mph still. I had a buddy of mine hop on with me, together we are almost 600 pounds, we hit 19mph. This things shockingly powerful and the maneuverability is great. The headlight is powerful, it has a taillight that flashes when you brake. It has blinkers. All in all one of the coolest buys ive done in a long time. Im trying to find excuses to leave the spouse and kids to go cruise around on it.
