I love this item. The description doesn't really tell you a lot. So here it is. It comes all in one box. The directions says it comes in 2 but all the items were there. It was fairly easy to set up. It fluffed up nicely. However if you sit in the middle you can feel the part and the wood where it connects. It's was almost the perfect size. Except it's EXTREMELY low. If you have hip replacements or can't sit low this is not the couch for you. It's really nice I do wish it was takker because then I'd would really be great. I love the fabric.brhe color grey b i got is really so beautiful. It's soft. It's comfortable to lay on and has wise seats so there really was great space there. But hey again wayyyy to low. I'm pretty bummed and really wanted to keep it. But I don't think I can get used to the height

Hello Emily! Thank you so much for loving the fabric, color and spacious seating of this sofa. We are sorry that the seat height did not work well for you. This sofa ships as a single carton — the manual referencing two boxes was most likely the wrong manual included by mistake. You can contact us through your order page, and we'll send you the correct version instructions. The seat height is 16.9 inches, and this dimension is clearly listed on our product page for your reference before purchase. The sofa is crafted with a standard height that is carefully designed to provide comfort and support for people of different heights. While we believe it suits a wide range of users, we acknowledge that personal needs and preferences can vary, especially for those with hip replacements. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team via the order page, we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your valuable feedback, which helps us continue to improve our products!

pros: I was able to out it together myself, but it was a litrle tricky to get thinfs to line up in the grooves. its hollow in the arm rests, which holds the vacumm sealed cushions. it arrives in one box which is nice but still isna decent size. fabric looks nice. cons: it doesnt feel very sturdy. it is jugsawed together with thrinner metal brackets, so it doesnt seem like it will hsve a very long life. the bottom cushions do feel pretty good to sit on when they expand, but its not a very deep couch. the back cushions ans acdent cushions are very, very thin and i think ill need to get extra filling for them to hsve any consistency to them. i added a second pair of accent pillows for more support. the back support onky feels sturdy if its up against a wall and feels very flimsy if you dont and wobbles. honestly, i dont like hate this couch, but i dont see it lasting a very long time. yiu get what you pay for. it looks nice, the seatinf cushions are supportive enough to makw ir worth while for while it lasts and looks betrer than my old couch.

Hello cas! Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. This sofa is vacuum-compressed for shipping. The back cushions and throw pillows will turn fuller after repeated patting and resting for 48–72 hours to reach their intended fluffiness. The interlocking metal bracket structure is our designed assembly solution. When all grooves are fully aligned and locked into place correctly, this sofa has passed load testing with a maximum weight capacity of 660 lbs for regular daily use. You can use it with complete peace of mind. Our listing clearly marks the seat depth at 21.6 inches for your reference before purchase. We understand that everyone has different preferences and we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. If you have any further issues during use, please feel free to contact us anytime through your order page. We will be happy to assist you. Thank you again for your honest review; it helps us keep improving our product and description.
