I installed it in an hr? Maybe it came in one box that was a plus. It's 4 separate pieces bottom, left and right arm rest and back plate. The pillows and couch cushions come vacuum sealed. Does have a factory smell 🤨 did not come with extra pillows those are from my love seat. To feel the full effect of the deep seating I move the pillows in the back of the seat.
