Looks Better in Pictures Than in Person

I was disappointed with this sofa. It was much harder to assemble than expected, and the instructions weren't very helpful. The backrest is uncomfortable and doesn't provide good support for sitting for long periods. Also, the back of the sofa has an exposed metal bar that looks cheap and unattractive, making it unsuitable to place anywhere except against a wall. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

I will give suggestions, but I would not recommend this to a friend. Seating cushions are nice and firm and have foam. But the back cushions are pillow filling that you have to fluff for 72 hours to try and get their shape. Should have put foam in the back cushions as well maybe not as thick? Contacted customer service and they tell me they can't see my photos so now just waiting on a response. As you can see the 1st cushion is a ok, but the other 2 flimsy. Waiting on response or replacement!
