Warranty information

1. Warranty Terms: All products come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers all quality issues but excludes damage or malfunctions caused by customer misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications. 2. Due to our products (sofas and mattresses) being packaged using compression, they cannot be re-compressed after unpacking. Therefore, we will not accept returns for personal reasons if the product has been opened. If you find any quality defects in the product, please contact our customer service team directly, and we will be happy to assist you. 1) Given that sofas and mattresses are large items with high shipping costs, the following agreements apply to return shipping costs and related procedures: a. For returns initiated due to personal reasons, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and such return requests are not supported after unpacking; b. For returns due to product quality issues, you can contact the store's customer service to apply for a return or refund, and the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us. 3. After-Sales Service Requirements: Upon receiving the product, please immediately inspect the outer packaging. If the packaging is damaged, dented, or deformed, please record a complete unboxing video before opening the package. This video will serve as valid evidence to prioritize after-sales service in case of product damage. When applying for a return, please be sure to retain the complete original packaging. This is crucial for the smooth completion of the return process, as the original packaging ensures the safety of the product during return shipping and serves as proof of the product's authenticity and completeness. 4.
