The Kekoy large heating pad for back pain works great! The large size is perfect to cover your whole back and it also goes over your shoulders. I like the snaps at the chest and the belt to hold the heating pad in place so you can sit up while using it. There are four heat settings so you can choose how much heat you want and it gets really warm. The heating pad itself has a soft cover and is very flexible which makes it super comfortable to use.
