What an awesome design for a heating pad! It covers both the shoulders and the back. The shoulder portion snaps. The back portion has a tie belt. The heat component doesn't rise to the high of the neck, but does hit the lower ring of the neck. It heat quickly. It is oversized, but as a small woman it fits fine.

So awesome and just what I needed.
This heating pad is awesome! It covers the lower neck, shoulders and entire back. The tie belt holds it in position on the back, keeping it from riding up or slipping from side to side. It has four heating levels and auto shutoff. The edges are slightly weighted with beads, so it stays in place on the shoulders. It is oversized, so fits a man as well as a woman.
