Instructions

Make sure control connector is securely attached to the pad connector. Push both parts together for a tight fit. After control is connected to pad, to plug into 120V AC electical outlet. To turn the pad on, press the power button. Then select from 4 heat settings by heating setting button. 1 is lowest, 4 is highest. 1st press to increase the heating level. After heat level 4, press again to turn the pad off.

Weighted heating pad-love it

Love you can put over your shoulders and has two snaps to put together to ensure it won't fall off. Has a fabric built on each side of heating pad to tie around your waist to ensure that the pad is on your back vs. putting a normal heating pad on a pillow or on the back of the seat and doesn't give you the additional warmth , you need it for a chronic back pain user. Beaded weight is at the bottom of the heating pad and at the shoulder pad part to ensure that the pad stays in the right spot needed for your back. Also, use it for my restless, legs and easy to wrap around both legs, While sitting in the recliner and using the belt to ensure that it is closer to your legs. has four heat levels. I normally stay at heat level 2.Because it puts off enough heat from my back.

I'm very pleased with this maxkare heating pad, the material is very soft and thick, the shoulder area snaps together easily and warms up well. The belt around the waist area is nice, keeps the heat close to the kidneys and lower back.
