I would have given this 5 stars but, I purchased 2 of these chairs. One chair was in perfect condition the second chair was missing 2 lines from the chair to connect the power cord for the heat and massage and another line to connect the remote control to the chair for heat and massage. One of the prongs on the second power cord for reclining was bent and unusable. So now I have a chair that I can not use. 1st photo has all lines 2nd photo lines missing. 500 dollars per chair unacceptable total of purchase $1279.00

Unlike description assembly was a nightmare. This instructions were clear as mud. Many of the parts were inside the frame of the base and I had to pry them out with much efforts. The pictures were not clear and it took a lot of trial and error to complete. I would not recommend doing the assembly yourself unless you like yelling cuzzing and wishing you had IKEA instructions to guide you!
