Now owned by Hamilton Beach
Beware! Black & Decker is now owned by Hamilton Beach (they also own Proctor Silex). Their products are now junk. My toaster broke in a handful of weeks and had only one user. Forget contacting customer service with this company! They ignore emails and the hold time is 24 minutes!
