Very impressed with how easy it was to install. Love the bracket that gives it a very solid and secure. It is not going anywhere compared to the old AC. So quiet I can hardly hear it, so this may be our new dream machine. Smart Home APP was easy to set up and it immediately found the new AC. Will be great to set up to turn on before we get home from work or from my Apple Watch. The black color looks sharp both inside with our gray walls and on the outside as well. Perfect AC for the bedroom!

hands down THE BEST window ac unit i've ever experienced anywhere! got this to replace my loud bedroom unit %26 it is so amazingly quiet you really can't even hear it running ....sometimes i think it's off then put my hand in front of the vent and feel perfectly cold air pumping out. looks amazing in black the way it blends in with the blinds and doesn't stick out like a kitchen appliance like the usual "off white" cookie cutter cheap looking ones do. i have recommended this ac to many people already and when i need to replace the next one in my house will be buying this exact unit for the other rooms too.

Great A/C unit

This was recommended on Wirecutter. Works great in bedroom, only been using it for a month, so far. Very quiet. The ease of installation will depend on your window. If you have anything funky about your window it adds to the installation time. The power cord is too short. Needed to get a one foot, 12 gauge extension cord. No AC unit in that window ever needed an extension cord.
