Love it

Put my new AC unit in yesterday and immediately when I turned it in it was the coldest air and was blowing so hard . In 15 min my house dropped 4 degrees and it's set to 70°. Today it is 68° in my house and I had to turn it up to 72° cause I was freezing

AC works fantastic

I am so happy with the performance of this AC. It was extremely easy to install. An even bigger plus is that this 14,000 btu ac plugs into a regular wall outlet! It is pretty quiet when running. It cools down the room almost immediately. Easy to use as well.

Difficult set up a great product

I was super excited to get this product. However, make sure you have two people to do the install because I did it by myself and it was incredibly heavy and incredibly hard it does work and the AC is super cold. I absolutely love it and it doesn't have a lot of noise, which is great it's very silent. I'm excited to see if it with stands Texas heat right now it's in a cooler amount so it's perfect. Set up took me about 45 minutes, but if you had two people would probably take half that amount of time.
