I bought this for my grandbaby since he comes over 2-3 times per week. It's not something you can set up and take down quickly. Once it's assembled, you probably will want to leave it up. We put it in his nursery when he's not here but it's assembled.

Nice portable play area at home.

Nice size and easy to assemble. It's lightweight so I can move it around the house easily. The bottom has suction cups so it doesn't move by children but I just put it on the carpet because I like to move it around. I got it because I didn't like small toy pieces going around. So I'm going to limit some space for some toys so I don't have to watch out for Lego pieces when I'm vacuuming. My kids like having a little space on their own. I think it's fun for them. It's nice to divide some space more than I expected. It has a mat on the bottom with Velcro detachable. It's pretty thin but it's still nice to have. Please see photos for two kids inside. I hope this helps.
