Bad odor, otherwise great

I bought this in January 2026 and have used it probably a dozen times. I noticed the past few times a strong metallic-like odor coming from it while it's on. It's very unpleasant. I can't tell what is causing it - the cooker works wonderfully otherwise. The odor is my only complaint. It's bad enough that I likely won't use the device again, unfortunately.

Not Beautiful at all.

So very DISAPPOINTED and glad I didn't pay full price for this cheap piece of junk. I have wanted a multi function cooker for a long time and when I saw this, i was very excited. I wish i had known that you were expected to wash it by hand as it would "BLACKEN" in the dishwasher. Also all of the pieces feel thin and cheap. Will not purchase ANYTHING by Drew Barrymore or Beautiful again. At least Ree Drummond and Paula Deen items were quality items and could be used as intended. This is just another crock pot and I already had 7 of those.

Paint durability probkem

I loved this! I found it easy to use, and easy to clean. But recently the lid started to feel sticky no matter how much it was washed. So I gave it a hard scrub and realized the actual paint was softening on the lid. And the paint goes around the edge which can contact food, so I don't feel comfortable using it anymore. I had the cornflower blue version and it was so pretty and worked so well, it's really disappointing.
