Key item features

  • Lower Back Friendly Linear Rowing: The MIKOLO dual linear bearing system guides a fixed, smooth rowing path that supports spinal alignment while precisely targeting the lats, traps, and rhomboids for deep, isolated back activation. The stable, controlled motion promotes proper technique and consistent muscle engagement, making it ideal for efficient, comfortable, and secure back training.
  • Zero-Swing Linear Rowing: The MIKOLO linear row machine features a guided, fixed path that promotes stable, controlled movement and consistent resistance. This design helps maintain proper form, reduces unwanted body sway, and keeps tension focused on the back muscles instead of relying on the lower back. Ideal for learning technique and achieving efficient, targeted muscle engagement with safe, comfortable training.
  • Compact Design, Gym-Grade Performance: With a 10 sq. ft. footprint, the MIKOLO linear row machine delivers powerful back training in a space-saving frame. Built with heavy-duty steel and precision linear bearings, it supports smooth, controlled movement under heavy plate loads. Integrated transport wheels allow easy repositioning, making it a flexible and efficient addition to any home gym.
  • Knurled Multi-Grip Handles: Knurled multi-grip antler handles provide narrow, medium, and wide grip positions, along with overhand and underhand options. The textured surface ensures a secure hold throughout each rep. This versatile design targets lats, rhomboids, and traps, enabling precise muscle engagement and comprehensive back training in one compact machine.
  • Professional Design for Safe, Efficient Training: The back row machine features a heavy-duty steel frame, linear guide rod system, and textured non-slip footplate for enhanced stability during training. The extended electroplated weight pin supports substantial loading and is angled for secure plate placement. An adjustable chest pad accommodates different user heights, while shock-absorbing components help maintain smooth, controlled movement for safe and effective workouts.
